Preschool and Kindergarten children meet in self-contained classrooms in the west wing.
Channing’s Children (preschool: age 3 and fully toilet trained to pre-Kindergarten). Two-year rotation of stories and play that help build community and an understanding of our faith community.
Kindergarten uses the Around the Church, Around the Year curriculum to learn all about their church home. Puppets, yoga and the arts enhance this curriculum.
Parents of the Month — Parents, grandparents, or guardians are required to serve one month as Parent of the Month to assist teachers in Channing's Children or Kindergarten during the first or second service. Parents should check with teachers every Sunday at 9:55 am.
